Hydrogen Water Fuel Technology: Run Your Car On Water Hydrogen
With fuel prices constantly on the rise for the past few years, major automobile manufacturers have been seeking alternative energy sources to power their vehicles. You have probably heard of electric-gasoline hybrid vehicles. Here at
runyourcaronwater-reviews.info, we are dedicated to discussing and reviewing the best ways to convert your car into a water-gasoline hybrid. Others are developing technology to run your vehicles on hydrogen of various forms, and this seems to be the main direction in which vehicle fuels are heading.
Nevertheless, at this point we would like to emphasize that at this point, ALL vehicles on the market run on either gas or diesel fuel. You can run your car on water, but that's a conversion that you yourself have to make.
Below are some example of the technology being developed in terms of similar alternate energy sources, some of which are concurrent with the HHO gas used in "run your car on water" systems. This shows that when you convert your car into a water hybrid, you're already ahead of the game! Why wait for a commercial version, when you can make the inexpensive, easy conversion yourself.
Run Your Car On Water: Hydrogen as the Newest Developing Technology
On June 12, 2008, a milestone was reached. The Japanese automobile corporation, Genepax, unveiled their product of years of research. They have created the first vehicle that runs entirely on water. This of course is not yet for sale, and is still under development, but it goes to show you that there ARE other people out there with the same idea trying to make it a reality.
At the moment, the next best thing in existence to a full water-powered car... is a water hybrid, which does utilize water and much less gasoline. Find out about the best ways to run your car on water and gasoline. Although you can't by this car yet, you can see that it's really possible in the future, but a water-gasoline hybrid is definitely the next best thing.
Run Your Car On Water: Two types of hydrogen in future vehicles
Aside from this intriguing development, there has been a lot of research and development put into hydrogen as a fuel. The energy source is similar to "run your car on water and gasoline" systems, so it's rather relevant and interesting too.
The two main types of hydrogen-powered vehicles are combustion and fuel-cell conversion. We won't get into a complicated scientific explication of the physics and chemistry behind each, but instead here's the basic definition and a few examples.
- With hydrogen combusion, the engine burns hydrogen in the same manner that current engines burn gasoline. This is the less ineffective way, but still possible.
- With hydrogen fuel-cell conversion, hydrogen in reacted with oxygen inside of a fuel cell to produce water and electricity. The electricity is used to power the car's electric motor. This is the main direction that hydrogen fuel seems to be going.
Run Your Car On Water: 2010 Chevy Equinox
The first vehicle that is going to be released on the market that will be completely powered on hydrogen will be in the 2010 Chevy Equinox. Since in such a vehicle, hydrogen will be replacing gasoline, the driver of these cars will have to go to "hydrogen stations" to refuel. The only hydrogen stations currently are in California so that is most likely where the cars will be concentrated. Still it's an exciting development.

Run Your Car On Water: BMW Hydrogen 7
Another popular example is the BWM Hydrogen 7. It is capable of running on gasoline or hydrogen. But it is unique because although it uses a fuel-cell to convert the hydrogen into electricity to power the car, it can also directly ignite the hydrogen within its internal combustion engine.

In the image above, the left side is where the hydrogen fuel goes, and on the right is where the standard gasoline goes.
In the informative video below, the BMW Hydorgen 7 is discussed further. After all, it is more interesting to watch than read about.
